Philippos and Elisavet Diamantis decide to take all of the marvelous tastes and smells that flood the neighborhoods of Naoussa all year long and put them in a jar: fig spoon sweets in May, peach jam in June, tomato sauce in September. By spending countless hours along the skilled housewives in the neighborhood, exchanging ideas with the experienced chefs of Naoussa and finding inspiration in the recipes of Grandma Marika, the first traditional products from Diamantis Estate are born from the fruit of the family’s fields.

Today, three decades later, Diamantis Estate creates excellent quality products with absolute respect for tradition. Always meeting the required standards and staying original to the recipes of previous generations, without the use of additives, preservatives or artificial flavouring.
